PSP advise South Africa on Neuro Rehab

PSP were invited to speak to heath professionals in South Africa about the focal spasticity services they deliver.

Being one of the most advanced spasticity service in the country and key opinion leaders both nationally and internationally means that the ground breaking work PSP does is of great interest to other countries wanting to improve their population’s health and wellbeing.

Peter Sanderson Director of PSP and Specialist in Neurological Rehabilitation flew out to South Arica with colleague and Consultant Hand and Plastic Surgeon Paul McArthur. While there they delivered presentations to GP’s, Physicians and other health care professionals detailing how PSP manage spasticity so successfully.

The sessions went extremely well and plans to return to assist with South African spasticity policy in the New Year are underway.
