Our story

Whether you’re coordinating treatment or seeking support for a loved one, PSP delivers clinically innovative and compassionate services designed to restore hope and independence.

How it started

Our story started over 10 years ago, with a simple but powerful belief: that children and adults with neurological conditions deserve access to truly specialist rehabilitation, no matter where they live or how complex their needs are. When our founder, Peter Sanderson, created PSP, it was in response to seeing first-hand the gap between what was possible clinically and what was actually available in practice. PSP was built to change that. From day one, our focus has been on combining advanced expertise with compassion, delivering personalised neurorehabilitation that supports not just individuals, but the families and professionals around them. We help people move forward with confidence, dignity and hope.
