We offer assessment, treatment, and review for clients requiring Botulinum toxin, nerve blocks, or other localised injections, delivered across a structured pathway of increasing complexity.

Targeted spasticity treatment
A focused clinic for isolated tone changes affecting one or two limbs. Designed to reduce pain and spasm, improve comfort and unlock functional movement where patterns of spasticity are predictable.
Clinical team: Physio-led
Age range: Adults aged 18+
Multidisciplinary spasticity treatment
MDT-led assessment and treatment for multi-limb or more complex tone presentations. Combines advanced injection techniques with coordinated therapy to optimise posture, movement and long-term functional outcomes.

Age range: Children and adults
Complex spasticity treatment
For clients with intricate neurological or musculoskeletal profiles where tone interacts with pain, contracture risk or instability. High-level clinical reasoning and integrated planning guide safe, effective intervention.

Procedural spasticity treatment
For clients requiring theatre-based interventions such as Botulinum Toxin under sedation or guided nerve blocks. Enables safe delivery where outpatient treatment alone is insufficient.

From physiotherapy-led Botulinum Toxin treatments to complex theatre-based procedures, PSP’s clinics provide a complete, scalable service for clients with neurological or musculoskeletal tone issues. After a thorough initial assessment, the client will be allocated the most appropriate treatment or service.

Our specialist PSP team will carry out a comprehensive assessment and guide your client to the most appropriate treatment pathway at the right time. Referrals are accepted for assessment from consultants, case managers, solicitors and NHS teams, with clinical decisions made following evaluation.
