Modern slavery policy

PSP is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all areas of our organisation and supply chains.

PSP provides specialist neurorehabilitation services across paediatric, adult and neurological settings. We operate primarily within the UK healthcare sector and work with a network of clinicians, suppliers and professional partners who share our commitment to ethical practice.

We recognise our responsibility to take a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating the risk of modern slavery. While the risk within our clinical services is considered low, we remain vigilant and take appropriate steps to ensure fair, lawful and transparent working practices.

Our commitment

PSP is committed to:

  • Acting ethically and with integrity in all business relationships
  • Ensuring all staff and associates have the right to work in the UK
  • Paying staff and associates fairly and in line with contractual agreements
  • Working only with reputable suppliers and partners

Policies and procedures

We have policies in place that support our commitment, including:

  • Recruitment and onboarding procedures
  • Safeguarding and whistleblowing policies
  • Professional codes of conduct

These policies help us identify and address any concerns related to exploitation or unethical practice.

Supply chains

Our supply chains primarily relate to clinical equipment, medical supplies, professional services and training providers. We expect all suppliers and partners to uphold high standards of ethical behaviour and compliance with applicable laws.

Training and awareness

We ensure that relevant staff are aware of the signs of modern slavery and understand how to raise concerns appropriately. Any concerns raised are taken seriously and investigated promptly.
