Teresa Rey-Salomon is Practice Manager at PSP, overseeing the day-to-day delivery of services and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for clients, families and referrers.
Teresa has a strong background in complex care and rehabilitation environments, with a particular interest in operational processes – understanding what works well, what doesn’t, and where services can be improved. She focuses on strengthening how PSP delivers its services, ensuring they are not only clinically effective, but also efficient, responsive and well-coordinated.
Working closely with clinicians, case managers and solicitors, Teresa plays a key role in refining processes, improving communication and supporting the smooth delivery of rehabilitation programmes. Her approach is centred on continuous improvement, helping to ensure clients receive the right support, at the right time, with minimal friction.
