Covid-19 Statement – 13th January 2021

13th January 2021

In the uncertain times that we face and amid a third nation lockdown, we want to reassure patients, families and professionals of our continued commitment to client care.

We are constantly assessing the risks that present themselves as a result of Covid-19. We have taken the decision that we will continue to see patients in clinics, in their homes, in community settings and via video consultation (where appropriate); utilising medical grade PPE and adopting appropriate social distancing.

The safety of our patients and staff is of paramount importance and we are applying stringent measures across all of our practices to ensure that our treatments and therapies can continue to be offered in a safe way. We have gone to great lengths to ensure the safety of both patients and staff and continue to monitor the situation; undertaking regular risk assessments to identify any areas in which we may be able to offer additional protection.

Whilst we recognise that many of the patients we see are vulnerable to Covid’s risks, the treatments we offer often form a vital ongoing part of their rehabilitation. As a result, our clients see it as important that our dedicated team of clinicians continue to provide our services and therapies to patients, which we commit to delivering in a safe and compassionate way. We are constantly monitoring and closely adhering to both Government guidelines and those recommended by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

For more information on any of the safety measures we have in place, or to discuss any concerns or queries you may have, please get in touch with our office team on 01772 789746 or Info@psp-uk.co.uk.
