Covid-19 Statement – 3rd November

3rd November 2020

Following the news of the nationwide lockdown from 5th November, we want to reassure patients, families and professionals that our team are continuing to see patients in clinics in their homes, and via video consultation (where appropriate).

The safety of our patients and our staff is of paramount concern and we are applying stringent measures to ensure that our treatments and therapies can continue to be offered in a safe way. Our clients will be aware of the lengths we have gone to to ensure the safety of both patients and our staff, which include the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during all face to face appointments and appropriate social distancing.

In addition, we are undertaking regular risk assessments to identify any areas in which we may be able to offer additional protection.

In a different approach to the first lockdown in March, the government has recognised the importance of the continuation of ongoing healthcare wherever possible. For many of the patients we see, the treatments we offer form a vital ongoing part of their rehabilitation. It is therefore important that we continue to offer our services, albeit in an adapted way, with our team adhering to both Government guidelines and those recommended by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

For more information on any of the safety measures we have in place, or to discuss any concerns or queries you many have, please get in touch with our office team on 01772 789746 or Info@psp-uk.co.uk.
