Covid-19 Statement – 16th December 2020

17th December 2020

As the majority of the UK continues to face restrictions enforced by the highest tiers of Covid-19 alert levels, we want to reassure patients, families and professionals of our continued commitment to client care. Our team are continuing to see patients in clinics, in their homes, in community settings and via video consultation (where appropriate); adopting PPE and appropriate social distancing.

The safety of our patients and staff is of paramount concern and we are applying stringent measures to ensure that our treatments and therapies can continue to be offered in a safe way. Our clients will be aware of the lengths we have gone to to ensure the safety of both patients and staff, which include the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during all face to face appointments and appropriate social distancing.

In addition, we are undertaking regular risk assessments to identify any areas in which we may be able to offer additional protection.

For many of the patients we see, the treatments we offer form a vital ongoing part of their rehabilitation. It is therefore important that we continue to offer our services, albeit in an adapted way, with our team adhering to both Government guidelines and those recommended by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

For more information on any of the safety measures we have in place, or to discuss any concerns or queries you may have, please get in touch with our office team on 01772 789746 or
