About PSP
PSP is a specialist neurorehabilitation team of experts delivering advanced, clinically-led treatment to children and adults with complex neurological needs. We support clients, families and multidisciplinary teams with evidence-based, outcomes-focused neurorehabilitation.
Our associates are a vital part of what we do. We currently work with a small, carefully selected group of associate clinicians with diverse skills and specialisms – including paediatric specialists, surgeons and advanced practitioners and, we are always keen to hear from exceptional clinicians who share our values and clinical standards.
The Opportunity
We are inviting expressions of interest from clinicians who would like to join PSP as an Associate. This is a flexible, self-employed role, ideal for experienced professionals looking to work within a specialist service while maintaining autonomy and professional independence.
Associates at PSP typically support:
- Specialist assessment and intervention
- Advanced or niche clinical input
- Collaborative work with families, case managers, solicitors and MDTs
- Ongoing clinical review and progression planning
The exact nature of the role will be shaped around your expertise, experience and availability.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re keen to hear from clinicians with:
- A strong clinical background in neurorehabilitation or a relevant specialist field
- Experience working with children, adults, or both
- A commitment to evidence-based, person-centred practice
- Confidence working collaboratively within multidisciplinary and medico-legal settings
- HCPC, GMC, NMC or relevant professional registration (as applicable)
